- Maintenance of lighting systems, fittings and scheduled and ad-hoc replacement of all tubes/bulbs/lamps in all common and/or Landlord areas;
- Maintenance of all installed mechanical systems such as lifts and hoists;
- Maintenance of surveillance, CCTV, access control and all other security systems;
- Cleaning of all common and/or Landlord areas including windows and other external building elements;
- Deep cleaning of public hygiene facilities;
- Hygiene services and sanitation;
- Irrigation systems and garden maintenance, where applicable;
- Pest control;
- Maintenance of all building plumbing and drainage systems;
- Swimming pool maintenance, where applicable;
- Maintenance of fire control systems and equipment;
- Scheduling of all routine maintenance requirements in respect of all installed building systems
- Reactive and ad hoc repairs;
- Invoice reconciliation;
- OHS Act administration;
- Expense budgeting and controlling;
- Reporting on maintenance issues.
